Subscription Refunds
✅ Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Time Limit: Request made within 3 days of subscription purchase
- Credit Usage: You have NOT used any Pro/Plus subscription credits
- Account Status: Your account is in good standing with no violations
Note: Daily credits (3 per day) do not affect refund eligibility as they are provided to all users.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 3 days from subscription date
- Any usage of Pro/Plus subscription credits (100+ credits)
- Purchased credits (standalone credit purchases)
- Partial subscription periods
- Change of mind after using the service
Credit Purchases
⚠️ No Refunds on Credit Purchases
Standalone credit purchases (e.g., $1 for 3 credits) are non-refundableunder all circumstances. Credits are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon use.

Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using our service, we may offer refunds or service credits on a case-by-case basis.
Billing Errors
Accidental charges or billing errors will be promptly refunded regardless of the standard refund policy.
Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the service, active subscribers will receive prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
