1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Social Artisan ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by jiuyiai, you ("User" or "you") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Social Artisan (jiuyiai). Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

Social Artisan is an AI-powered content creation platform that transforms your ideas into engaging, platform-optimized social media content. Our service includes:

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account using one of our supported methods:

  • OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Discord)
  • Email and password registration

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 16 years old (13 in some jurisdictions)
  • One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
  • You must verify your email address before using the service

4. Credits and Billing

4.1 Credit System

Daily Credits

All users receive 3 free credits daily, reset at midnight UTC.

Subscription Credits

Pro users: 100 credits, Plus users: 500 credits (30-day validity).

Purchased Credits

Additional credits available for purchase ($1 for 3 credits, permanent).

4.2 Billing and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Paddle
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

  • Creating original social media content for personal or business use
  • Generating content ideas and variations
  • Educational and research purposes
  • Commercial use of generated content (you own the output)

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our service to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Create spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
  • Abuse or overload our systems
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the service

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of:

  • Your original input content
  • AI-generated content based on your input
  • Any modifications you make to generated content

6.2 Our Platform

Social Artisan retains all rights to:

  • The platform software and technology
  • AI models and algorithms
  • User interface and design
  • Trademarks and branding

6.3 License to Use

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your input content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

You may request a full refund if ALL conditions are met:

  • Request made within 3 days of subscription purchase
  • You have NOT used any Pro/Plus subscription credits
  • Your account is in good standing

Non-Refundable Items

  • Purchased credits (standalone credit purchases)
  • Subscriptions after 3-day period
  • Subscriptions where Pro/Plus credits have been used

8. Service Availability

8.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

8.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.

8.3 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice:

Social Artisan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Content generated by AI models
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • User-generated content or its consequences

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Social Artisan is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. For formal disputes, we prefer mediation before litigation.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
